Commercial Water Heater Installation or Replacement
Review won't let me choose the actual job. Justing gave us a bid on rebuilding a porch.We paid a deposit of $2500. Then began the excuses.11/12 said a guy was out with a leg injury & subs were locked into other jobs and he would be here next week.11/14 Justin says he is in the hospital.11/19 he is emptying the trailer so he can bring it for demo-should be there by mid day-NO SHOW.11/20 We texted "when are you coming?"Justin replied that he was dealing with more health issues.Job would DEF be done byThanksgiving and he will being extra workers...'sorry for the delay'. 11/26 we text 'are you coming this week'?Justin does no answer. 12/2 no show yet-we text 'when are you starting?' Justin replies 'hoping to get there before dark -currently at landfill emptying trailer.'He never showed.12/3We text asking when he is dropping off supplies-NO ANSWER.DO NOT HIRE. He promised 'accountant' would send a refund and never did. Said he suits people who leave bad reviews. We have all proof in texts.

I paid him to do a job that he never finished and I had to fix because he measured wrong. He kept asking for more money and never finished anything he started except power wash the mobile home even the skirting he was suppose to replace for me. I call and he says he's going to call me back and never does. This has been going on for months and I understand the weather has not always been the best to get things done but there has been nice days. Not recommended and if you do use him pay him when the work is done.

We hired Justin to work on our newly purchased home to remove all the popcorn ceiling and he and his team did an amazing job.
We also asked him to paint the ceiling on our sunroom and unfortunately discovered that one of the sky windows had a leak.
We asked Justin if he could fix and we would pay for everything of course.
My mistake was to pay for this last part all in advance. Not only they haven?t fixed anything, I have a giant hole in my ceiling, water still dripping and Justin is nowhere to be found. Despite many calls and texts, he is not picking up the phone, answered one of our texts saying he would come back to us but never did.

I had an incredibly positive experience with Bazzle Construction Home Services. They installed Three Toilets, a New Bathroom Floor and Vanity. Their extensive knowledge of home improvement services truly impressed me, and the outstanding customer service from the staff made me feel valued and supported throughout the process. I found their prices to be quite reasonable as well. I can genuinely say that working with Bazzle Construction Home Services was a wonderful experience that I would recommend to others.

This was the 2nd time I used Justin. First time went well. On 11/8/2024, we agreed that he would purchase and install a new storm door on Tuesday, 11/12. I zelled him a 50% deposit to cover the cost of materials on 11/9 which he received and confirmed he would be there 11/12 in the morning to install. I followed up with him the afternoon of 11/12 to see how it went, and he indicated he did not do it due to high winds, but he would be out there Wednesday 11/13 to install. I contacted him the afternoon of 11/13 and did not hear back from him until after another follow up call on Thursday 11/14 where he finally texted back to say he was at the hospital with his son but would call me back that day. 4 days later, after several more attempts to contact him, I have heard nothing from him. I've requested my deposit back but since he won't respond I don't know if I'll ever receive it. I've had to hire another contractor to get the project completed. All I needed was a quick response to let me know what was going on. Beware - do not pay him via Zelle.

I gave Justin a 5-star rating several months ago. Justin came out right away and after accepting his estimate, he installed 2 new toilets for us. He gave us ideas for replacing 2 bathrooms. Never got an estimate on those. He also gave us an estimate to install a hall closet. I checked around with other contractors and handymen and their prices were well below Justin's. I also asked him to re-set/repair side garage exit-entrance door. He gave me an estimate and time frame, but never got back to us on doing the side garage door. He started out great, but went completely off the grid. He was a disappointment.

Justin pointed out additional necessary repairs and allowed me to make final decisions. The price for the additional repairs was very reasonable as was the original estimate. The distance he had to travel and weather conditions did cause delays. But the projects completion date was not critical.

Bazzle Construction came out right away, gave me an estimate, a agreed to their reasonable estimate, and started work the following Monday. Justin came out and repaired a leaky bathroom pipe that had been clogged. He snaked out a clog in the drain that went almost 20 feet in (from the prior homeowners). He repaired both toilets that had occasional running issues. Fixed the outside water spigot and winter-insulated the pipe since it was on the outer wall. Also, offered to fix garage exit door, as prior owners didn't square it and didn't put door jam flush to wall, leaving openings exposed to elements. He also gave us ideas to upgrade bathrooms and new toilets (since old toilets are original 35 years old). Would highly recommend Bazzle Construction. He is prompt, punctual, professional and gave us good ideas for bathroom upgrades.

They would not finish the job. Very very slow. Lots of reasons, plenty of promises and after months it is not done. I paid money for materials and to help cover some costs but that appears to have been a mistake.

Unethical and Unprofessional Due to his negligence while installing my Smith residential electric water heater 5o gallons, this contractor burned the upper water element and thermostatic. This contractor did not turn off the electrical breaker of the water heater. He should have filled the tank with water first. Justin, the contractor, did not respond to my calls and texts; I did pay him completely a total of $461.10. I understand he was a plumber and did not know how to repair the theromatic and replace the water elements. I had to call Tech/Support, and they talked me through how to make the repairs myself. My family and I were without hot water for two days. I texted him requesting a refund of $160.00 for my time repairing his mistakes and traveling to Lowes to retrieve the warranty parts I needed. The question is are you a licensed Plummer? Your response is misleading and Inaccurate I was not watching you all the time., and when I needed you you never return my calls and avoided me.

"Dear Ruben, Although we can sympathize with the situation that your family was presented with. You were well aware that I did not cause your element to get burned out as you watched me install your new tank. You watched me de-energize the breaker prior to draining the old tank and removing it from the location. You then watched me install the new tank and fill it up the pressure test the tank. You watched me bleed down all the water lines to the house from the sinks and then you also watched me reinstall the electrical lines to the tank after it had been pressured tested. Only then did I re-energize the breaker to allow the elements to engage in heating up the water. I do not know how you are accusing me of being unethical when you literally sent me a text saying you would give me a bad review if I didn't pay you back money for the installation."

"Calvin we are very that we were not able to install the hot water tank do the deterioration of your galvanized pipe fittings. We do not work with galvanized pipe repairs and were not able to even direct you to a plumber that could handle that repair for you."
