"Steve, Tyler, and Mason were a huge help. When my furnace failed, I tried cold calling and he was at our door an hour later from the job he was at. He installed a new capacitor within an hour and was on his way. A few hours later, the furnace stopped working again, but he came back the next day and installed a new blower motor. Each visit was quick, courteous, and professional, and also provided reasoning, direction, and maintenance tips. Very happy with their work, will be calling again for HVAC inspection in the fall."

They also took care of another issue that I was aware of which had worsened considerably - broken boots that surround the bathroom & kitchen exhaust vent pipes on the roof. One reason that I called IPS is the trust that I've developed with this contractor dating back a few years when I was seeking an estimate for enlarging the kitchen.
