Saw a few more panels that fell and had T Gorman check, he found additional issues the previous crew didn't. Provided good estimate and offered to do the work same day, which was completed. As this is required by city for a certificate of occupancy, i also needed a stair rail and an anti-tip bracket on my kitchen range. He gladly accepted the additional work and the requirement to meet a tight deadline. He priced out the job, provided an estimate within a week and finished the job in one day. He ran into a double set of rafters in the ceiling, which he solved to our satisfaction. He is very well tempered, mannerly and expert at his craft. He also was fastidious in cleanup.
