"We could not be happier with choosing Unique Indoor Comfort for our new HVAC system. We found this company by being referred by a client of my husbands. The original duct work in our house was extremely undersized, over working our unit and not creating good airflow to reach the third floor of our town home. Reni came out to our home, and took the time to explain to me options with Unique to really make our new HVAC unit/system efficient and comfortable temperatures in our house. I really appreciated his kindness and patience with me with all my questions. Unique was able to get us scheduled within a week or finalizing the contract, just in time in end of April when the first heat wave hit. Each time we reach out to them, they respond promptly and send out competent, professional, and courteous people. They make sure they wear booties and cover up furniture when necessary. "Great company run by friendly people. Joe and his team know their stuff. Deborah is a pleasure to speak to on the phone. I first called due to some weird behavior with my HVAC and wanted them to come take a look. Before they arrived, the HVAC started working ok again. I called them back and when I told them what was going on, they explained that there was nothing wrong and the weird behavior I explained was actually normal based on what I had my thermostat set to. No visit and no fee required. A lot of other service companies might have urged a visit and charged me the fee. I then hired them for a regular maintenance service contract, and they have been fantastic. Always show up on time.
