The work completed by Steve's workers Caleb & Pilot was exceptional. The repair job involved a leaking 2nd floor bathtub pipe with limited access. I was concerned that they might have to make the repairs by going thru the ceiling below the leak. However, in a very cramped space, Caleb was able to complete the repairs successfully. The work was done in an efficient, clean and timely manner. A 1 year warranty on parts & labor was provided. As I told the owner, Steve, it is challenging to find competent and skilled workers who care about their craft as his do.

Bertotti Plumbing was professional from the getgo... their quotation was competetive, complete, clear and understandable for all work to be performed. A sewer line replacement is no easy task. Steve and his team began inside and brought my sewer drain up to code by installing a 4" PVC cleanout, easily accessible on the back wall of my home in accordance with my personal preference. Hindered by light rain, early in the morning, Bertotti Plumbing began the task of breaking up and removing the badly rusted cast iron sewer line, then wheelbarrowing 6" of crushed stone below and 6" above the new 4" PVC line. The work was accomplished so that our home was not left without functioning toilets, shower drains or sink drains overnight... same day removal and installation was accomplished. This was a plus from a true professional in every sense of the word, who knows what he can accomplish in a day. The price tag was extremely favorable as well, coming in at under $4k. This is a bargain considering the prices for materials alone in our economy today. The Bertotti team worked safely and efficiently while at my residence and take pride in the quality of their workmanship. It is easily understandable to see why Bertotti Plumbing has earned a preminent position in Ridley Park and surrounding municipalities in Delaware County during their 21 years in business thus far. As a former procurement specialist for The Boeing Company, I can state with emphasis: "Bertotti Plumbing has earned my highest personal recommendation!"
