Bob is extremely knowledgeable, his shop is professionally managed, his team provides excellent customer service, his work is honest, and his pricing is more than fair. With Bob's service, my first car gave me 300,000 miles of service, which still runs. He is serving my newer car today. When you care for your car and listen to a master mechanic, you can get the most joy out of your vehicle. Bob Ramsey is better than great; his service is outstanding!!!!

Friendly, reasonably priced, family owned, auto repair shop. Bob Ramsey is always wonderful and honest. They even vacuumed, and I believe, sanitized the inside of my Jeep when in for inspection and oil change. I was amazed. Always a pleasure.

Excellent! Bob and his crew are top notch; from the quality of work, to the customer service! Bob has been servicing my vehicles for over two decades. Why? Because besides quality of work at a reasonable cost, he has integrity!

I got an appointment right away. They gave a ride home while my car was being worked on. When car was finished, they called and told me the price. They came picked me at my home and drove me back to repair shop where I settled my account. The service given me was outstanding.

Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. The work was done efficiently and in a timely manner. They dropped me home and picked me up when my vehicle was ready.

Bob. Allows me to tell me first what needed to be replaced because he was aware it was a big expense. He also shopped around for tires to get a good price for me. He always goes beyond what you would expect.

Excellent, as always! Bob the owner and his crew are my one stop shop for all of my automotive repair and services needs. I lived in the area 30 years ago. And moved to northern Jersey and California since then. I moved back in the area 4 years ago, and I was looking for a reliable auto repair shop after being ripped off a couple times from some pretenders. As some dumb luck, I happened to go to Ramsey's although I lived on the other side of Philly at the time. And after speaking with Bob, we realized we had a past relationship years before! Well needless to say, I am no longer looking for a honest, reliable auto repair shop! And I even moved back into the local area not long afterwards.
