I got a good read from Bill right from the start. Knowledgeable, personable and fairly priced. Billâ s team installed a 5 zone mini split system in my new home. The work was done in 3 days and the final product not only runs well but looks good too. With 5 zones I wasnâ t sure how the lines from the outside of the house would look, but Bill came up with a solid plan on where to run them so the outside doesnâ t look over-worked. Universal Air will now be my go-to for all of my hvac needs. I highly recommend!

Bill was absolutely amazing from start to finish. We needed a complete new unit, he was able to give us a great deal on a top of the line model. He answered all of our questions, and made sure we were comfortable before he left. There were 2 guys at my house and this is not the first time had a centralized humidifier installation done. These guys were so fast at their work that they completed the entire job within an one and half hours. They were thorough at their work / professional / knowledgeable and were super prompt at their times committed. I would highly highly recommend this company for future needs too.

Once they have your money they will ignore your calls. Dishonest and sucks you in with very friendly service until you pay them. Then when system does not work they will not follow up. Written contract is terrible. Warranty on new system is voided because this company is not accredited to install the brands they are installing. Owner gets very nasty on phone once you catch on to their scam. Do NOT hire this company.
