"I hired Jack and crew to replace a portion of my deck. For a nominal fee, Jack came out, evaluated my deck and gave me an estimate. The nominal fee went toward the estimate, which I thought was fair and reasonable. The cost I felt was fair, not cheap, but not expensive. Jack is very attentive to details, communicative, and was happy to explain what they were doing during the process. The craftsmanship was top-notch. "The crew was on time each day. They were professional and easy to work with. They patched and painted the deck and ceiling of my garage to stop the leaking into my workshop.The job came out real good. They had to move the furniture off my deck and some woodworking equipment from my workshop all went well. When inspecting my roof Zach mentioned that my front porch roof was dipping in from deteriorated decking.
