On a weekly and daily basis, I was informed who would be working that week and/or day and what they would be doing. As a woman, I felt my questions and concerns were taken seriously. Ken, co-owner and project manager of Mr. Contractor, and his team take professional service very seriously as Ken, would often say our overall goal is to please the customer. Indeed, they did! *Very well managed large project finished on schedule!!! Our project was a complete basement overhaul and new bathroom on the first floor. From a new dug out cement floor to sheet rocked and painted walls, enclosed closets, open shelving to new vinyl flooring and a separate utility room our basement was transformed! I still get tears in my eyes as I walk down the basement stairs!! *Excellent quality of work by seasoned craftsmen!!
