He was courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable about what I wanted to have done. When my son gets his new house I definitely recommend James Parker to do his deck, he did a fantastic job, and replacing it with the Trex makes it look even more beautiful. First, he came in and as they were taking the wooden planks off to get to the frame he did tell me that the wood was bad so it had to be replaced and he actually showed me what the problem was too, and then within three days I had a brand new deck. My only problem is that I was not aware that the part Bill ordered for our storm door was NOT just a small part as I was told but an entire frame for the entire door! What I thought was an easy fix ended up costing me $250. The price for the frame was $75. I feel totally overcharged."
