"I spent about 40 mins of wssted time plus the lady over the phone exokaining the work i neeed to get she was sakes person giving me a quote. With out any understanding of my porject . Then i spent another 20 mins with a contractor from deleware who spoke spanish and he clesrly did not undrrstand my projects and he needed me to take photo of closet like building closet from closet from design . Hr now needed me to take a photo and gave up . I equaly spent my time waiting for another contactor who wad very pofessionsal . He. Brought a booket with his name on it and buiness . I mean i didnot worry sbout the identification part as he said he was the owner and because i have non working computer he was willing to send the quote via us mail . My only problem is that I was not aware that the part Bill ordered for our storm door was NOT just a small part as I was told but an entire frame for the entire door! What I thought was an easy fix ended up costing me $250. The price for the frame was $75. I feel totally overcharged."
