He was courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable about what I wanted to have done. It wasn't a big job in terms of the cost (meaning: he could have told me it wasn't worth his time), but he made it a priority and completed the project quickly, knowing that I was planning a big party in my new home and wanted to have the trimwork complete.
