When he arrived, he verified with me the type of stain to use and purchased the stain at Home Depot. He also noticed and showed me that the lattice was pulling away from the deck and a few boards that needed to be nailed down. Richard fixed the deck and completed the deck. The deck looks great! I will hire Richard again. Richard also fixed a toilet for me."
