John offered several solutions and I elected to address the drainage issue with a French drain solution around the front and side of the house . "Tom completed picture-frame trimwork in my dining room. He was very easy to work with and timely with regard to providing the estimate and completing the work. He was courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable about what I wanted to have done. It wasn't a big job in terms of the cost (meaning: he could have told me it wasn't worth his time), but he made it a priority and completed the project quickly, knowing that I was planning a big party in my new home and wanted to have the trimwork complete.
