We had rotting wood on multiple wood window frames. He beautifully artfully skillfully replaced and custom matched seams and style of original frames . Can assure Eric is priced reasonably after receiving a number of estimates. Without hesitation will use him for future carpentry projects and will highly recommend him to friends and neighbors."

This included the addition of a laundry room and handicapped accessible bathroom as well the relocation/ enlargement of the kitchen and the creation of breakfast nook area to the existing first floor of my home. He was a very good manager being able to share his knowledge base so his crew could work in a professional and independent manner in his absence. "I spent about 40 mins of wssted time plus the lady over the phone exokaining the work i neeed to get she was sakes person giving me a quote. With out any understanding of my porject . Then i spent another 20 mins with a contractor from deleware who spoke spanish and he clesrly did not undrrstand my projects and he needed me to take photo of closet like building closet from closet from design . Hr now needed me to take a photo and gave up . I equaly spent my time waiting for another contactor who wad very pofessionsal . He. Brought a booket with his name on it and buiness . I mean i didnot worry sbout the identification part as he said he was the owner and because i have non working computer he was willing to send the quote via us mail . With the rising cost of gas and increase postsge i think i need to hire sonrone local . Thank you very much"
