Carmen and John did an excellent job building our new deck, and from the beginning they took the time to understand exactly what I wanted to accomplish. One of my biggest priorities was making sure the deck was built strong enough to support a sauna, and they worked with me to make sure the structure was designed and reinforced appropriately. I also wanted to incorporate Shou Sugi Ban boards into the project, which was a little outside of a typical deck build, and they were extremely accommodating and willing to work with my ideas.
