"I never lost my business I have try to get help the help I’ve got was horrible no one shows up no one wants to work everything is gone up in price no materials available I can’t do it on my own I do Apologize I’ve tried to get everything done I’m one person and can’t do this on my own I do great work but later my life has taken a bad fall I’m trying to get help"
"Unfortunately, this job was more difficult than originally anticipated. The initial estimate was to replace ceiling tiles, paneling, flooring, etc. due to water damage. To address the statement "Had to replace paneling twice because it bowed away from the wall," the water damage was recurring and required me to replace the paneling three total times, which was unforeseen and not quoted in the original estimate (no additional charge was incurred despite this). This was caused by a lack of French drain in the basement and the sloping of the ground towards the area in question. Addressing drainage in the basement was not in the original quote and would be work more suited to a dry basement company, not a carpenter. To address the claims of missing items, the estimate quoted for "prepping the basement for repairs (clean out)." Any items that were "put in the trash" were included under the scope of cleaning out due to water damage. I have been in this business for over twenty years and pride myself in completing work to the utmost satisfaction of the homeowner. To the best of my knowledge, the homeowner was pleased with the work that I did and I was unaware that anything was damaged as this was never indicated to me verbally or otherwise."
