"Repair Service to Fix Gas Boiler - WM Henderson first sends out a tech who is not familiar with gas boilers and admits there is an issue but does not know how to diagnose it. I had to pay $89 for this. Instead of having the right person come out, I had to to actively call again to get someone else to come out. The 2nd tech diagnosed the issue, but wants to charge me the same $89 that I already paid. - and quotes me $380 for the repair - and has to order the part. I agree and then call back the next day to confirm part is on order - and they tell me the charge is $1,015. I asked to speak to a manager to discuss, and no one is available and no one calls me back. I bought the replacement part from a supply where house (confirming it works with my make/model of boiler) and it cost me $165. I have had other scheduling issues with them as well. Don't use them!!!!!!!!"

I defaulted to his opinion about what plants would look great in the flower bed. My only request was a small Japanese maple. The communication was great from start to finish. "I recently used Golden Rule Plumbing & Contracting for the installation of a new hot water heater. The 20 year old existing system was heating water inconsistemtly and it started to leak. I found Golden Rule on Angie's list and requested a quote from both them and another highly rated plumbing company. Tim from Golden Rule got back to me first and his quote was similar to the other quote. I selected Golden Rule since Tim got back to me first and he was also very responsive to some additional questions I had. The scheduling was a breeze. They scheduled me for the next day (Monday) in the morning. They showed up earlier than planned but communicated with me ahead of time to make sure that worked for our schedule. They work they performed was excellent. They kept everything clean, communicated clearly what they were doing and why and were patient with my questions and even encouraged me to make sure I understood everything. They also moved the system a bit from the original location of the old system to help with access to the fireplace cleanout that is somewhat hidden behind the system.
