He figured out an ingenious way to hoist the heavy door to the second floor, and very skillfully and quickly adjusted the frame to fit the door, and affixed the heavy-duty hinges. And for the first-floor door, he figured out a way to repair the existing frame (rather than replace it), thereby saving me hundreds of dollars. All the work was done to a very high standard by a skilled professional who worked quickly and efficiently. And the price-tag for all this was remarkably low -- only a third the price I'd been quoted by another local handyman firm. John offered several solutions and I elected to address the drainage issue with a French drain solution around the front and side of the house . In addition Plymouth Nursery installed a flag stone porch and walk way with Belgium blocks as a border. Lighting was included in the package as well as new shrubs and plants. The team that worked on my property were very courteous and professional. John checked on the status of his team every day and kept me well informed. The end product exceeded my expectations and my family is very pleased with the final product. I found John to be honest and true to his word.
