"Our home is a 50's cape cod. What that means in real language is that nothing is square. Everything has settled so that there are indents, misalignments, etc. everywhere! Our dog did some major damage on bay window sill as well. Dave first did work for my husband over 20 years ago. Nothing has changed in all that time. He does the quality work now that he did then. In fact, he's better! He estimated the job, advised me where I could get the best costs on tile and styles (as I wanted to pick out the finishes). Gave me a spot on estimate of the time it would take and - as always - arrived at the hour promised to complete the task. It is beautiful and we absolutely love it! Somehow, he worked his magic to make the lines look straight!"

"I hired Plymouth Nursery after speaking with several neighbors who recommended this company. I met with John the owner and found him to be very knowledgeable and very professional. I moved into my home in November of 2020 and discovered that when it rained there was a tremendous amount of water that would build up in front of my front t door. John offered several solutions and I elected to address the drainage issue with a French drain solution around the front and side of the house . In addition Plymouth Nursery installed a flag stone porch and walk way with Belgium blocks as a border. Lighting was included in the package as well as new shrubs and plants. The team that worked on my property were very courteous and professional. John checked on the status of his team every day and kept me well informed. The end product exceeded my expectations and my family is very pleased with the final product. I found John to be honest and true to his word. "Good customer service. Installer of repair service should keep his day job and give up carpentry. He made an extra saw cut into a board that was not going to be repaired. Due to a measurement error(?) one of the deck board was pieced instead of all one length. He had to make an extra trip to buy screws since they were not included with the supplies. When the carpentry was completed the installer left and I had to sweep the sawdust off the deck so we could walk on it. A pile of old wood was left for someone else to clean up later. Deck Pro came back a few days later to replace the boards and clean up their junk. The deck now looks good."

First, he came in and as they were taking the wooden planks off to get to the frame he did tell me that the wood was bad so it had to be replaced and he actually showed me what the problem was too, and then within three days I had a brand new deck.
