In fact, he's better! He estimated the job, advised me where I could get the best costs on tile and styles (as I wanted to pick out the finishes). Gave me a spot on estimate of the time it would take and - as always - arrived at the hour promised to complete the task. It is beautiful and we absolutely love it!
