Great! Deckpro did a fantastic job power washing my pool deck and slate patio. They were super easy to schedule, friendly, professional and I would definitely use again!

DeckPro Surface Solutions did an excellent job rehabbing our deck. They worked with our design ideas and went beyond to meet safety standards, such as installing new, secure footers.

I hired DeckPro to replace the rotted railings of my deck, and re-paint. They handled everything from the permits to reaching out to our HOA. The work was completed timely and looks fantastic!

Everything turned out much better than expected and DeckPro was very thorough and confident in what they were doing. They can easily recommend what is needed for any deck job. They also handled a mistake on my part with ease and were very accommodating, even picked up the stain for me. I could not recommend their services more!

Work was substandard, not at all the quality I was expecting. They ran out of paint, had to come back, ran out of paint again; at that point We finished it ourselves. Best to just stay away from this Company. All the workers were Freelances not full time employees of DeckPro, which becomes an issue if one of them get hurt on your property. DeckPro workman comp (if they have it would not cover the injury, it would fall on home owners insurance. That was my bad for not checking before hiring. On top off all this, I receive a paid receipt showing the entire bill was paid now weeks later I am being harassed by Randy for payment I told him about the paid receipt and upon returning from vacation I will check my credit card statement he is now threatening me, it's quite the nightmare on a job that really wasn't done painlessly. Regarding his comment about our deck need to be demolished, I've attached a picture we finish the paint ourselves since they ran out of paint twice. Randy is the epitome of the definition Mansplaining. I do not believe his 4.8 review is accurate. I do believe it’s probably friends and family building his rating up, he truly is bad news. If I can help anyone not go through what I’ve gone through it would be worth it. I asked him today for proof of insurance, and he refused to give it to me. I just want people to be smarter than I was in this instance. Also please note all reviews are a few years old

Justin and Ryan were the lead guys on our deck demolition and placed stone slate in the ground to extend our patio. The work was very well done and they were incredibly courteous. I highly recommend them!

The whole process went surprisingly well. All the workers were very professional, polite, and well spoken -- as well as really knowing what they were doing. There were areas that required very detailed work. I was amazed at the willingness to put in the time to get that part of the job done. When they finished that portion I was actually amazed at how fast they got it done.

All went very well considering we were out of town while the project was undertaken. Very professional, accurate in estimating and punctual in completion. Clean-up was miraculous, yard area around deck was left as if there was no work done in the area.

Our experience with DeckPro was absolutely terrific, start to finish. We needed to have a deck railing installed quickly to address an insurance concern and DeckPro was very responsive. Justin came out and understood right away what we wanted for the railing, and designed a railing that was exactly what we were looking for. Randy helped us evaluate kits and suppliers and a local showroom. Justin and Ryan came out to do the install and they built exactly what we wanted. Extremely professional and competent, and the work is flawless. Communication was also terrific, we knew exactly when Justin and Ryan would be onsite and they showed us the completed work and went through the details at the end of day. Will use them again in a heartbeat. Highly recommended.

The carpenter Christian was very informative and professional. I am very happy with the staircase that he put in. Pricing was fair for the top quality work that they did. The team at DeckPro did an amazing job on the deck at my home! The work was handled professionally and quickly, and the price was fair and payment was easy. The workers treated my property with care and cleaned up all debris quickly when the job was completed. While all the workers were super at what they did, I have to say the carpenters, Justin Ortiz and Christian Almodovar were real artisans at what they could do. It was like getting a new deck for a fraction of the cost.

The team pressure washed and painted our deck. The team that completed our project did a poor job initially, (paint on flowers and on a few spots on our home). The team rectified most of our issues, was extremely responsive and their prices were competitive. However, we will not plan to use them again.

Excellent job, professionally done!

Randy and team did a great job with repairing a very large deck and re-staining it. The deck is getting old and needed lots of boards replaced, along with a loose stair and railing sections that needed extensive carpentry work. They were upfront about the cost and even though the final amount was higher than what was originally estimated, it felt fair given how large the job was. Communication was great, follow up was great, highly recommended!

It went well, Deck Pro's team were there on time, properly equipped, very careful not to disturb or allow any spray to soil or damage anything. They made every effort to restore the deck to good condition. I requested they return to correct a few minor areas needing d additional attention, sanding and restaining / touch up and they did so, without any problems or complaints. I would definitely recommend Deck Pro!

Great! I would like to recommend DeckPro Powerwash for any deck, fence, patio power washing and staining you may need. They do a lot of other work as well. They have excellent customer service and a thoughtful, high quality team. Most of our house, deck and fencing is wood and cedar and almost 30 years old but they always make it look like new and it has really held up over the years as well. They guys are super nice too.

From my initial call with Angela, my communication of the payment process and specs with Randy, to the completion of the work done by Matt and Ryan, DeckPro was incredibly responsive, professional, and customer-focused. I indicated a very tight timeline for the work, and they completed power washing, sanding, and re-staining of my front porch in just two days. The finished work looks wonderful and I would highly recommend them for their awesome communication, professionalism, and workmanship.

Randy is a great communicator and gave a thoughtful estimate, explaining his thinking when he first came out. They always made sure I knew when they were coming ahead of time, and then Ryan would also text when he arrived to do the work to again make sure I knew they were there. The work took a bit longer was a little more involved than initially predicted, and they made sure I knew what was happening. And they did good quality, sturdy work on two long-neglected aspects of the backyard. The deck has never looked so good, and the fence is in the best shape it's ever been in.

Overall, the entire service went extremely well! When I called to inquire about DeckPro services, I received an immediate response. In addition, the invoice for the services to be provided and the payment process were clear and concise. The DeckPro employee arrived on time and completed an outstanding job! The employee maintained a professional demeanor. Yes, I would recommend DeckPro company to my neighbors, family, and friends!

We are pleased with the work that was done. In particular, the carpentry work on the needed deck repairs was excellent. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend DeckPro.
