Had some repairs done on our deck a week ago. Since job was completed we have been noticing that the work was done very sloppy. Had lattice replaced around bottom of deck. Some area's of the lattice is bulging out. One of the pickets in between the deck is cracked. Looks like it was hit with a nail gun. Behind the lattice is pieces of wood that shows. We were also left with a lot of left over debris that will take some time to clean up. Below is a picture of some of the damage. There is a lot more but the website won't let us upload more photos. We wouldn't recommend this company to do deck repairs. We will NEVER NEVER NEVER have this company back.

Firstly, throughout the whole day of the work being done you and your wife have come out to the deck to double check the work being done. To make sure you are satisfied I asked each time if you are happy which you said you were and there was no issues. Secondly, I did mention that if there was something wrong with the work being done to call or reach out to me to fix the work because I make sure all my customers are satisfied. Matt was easy to work with because he is a good communicator and very responsive. He gave us good advice in selecting a finish for our deck floor. In addition to cleaning, sanding, and painting the deck, he offered to build a custom gate for us. I love having it for when we have visiting dogs and children. No more flimsy expandable screen. We are elderly and were unable to move the furniture, but Matt carried everything down the stairs in short order. More importantly, came back after the job was done and he had been paid to return the furniture back to the deck. We would have needed help to accomplish that. We will enjoy the deck all summer and the great job he did.

I would definitely hire Euro Pro Deck again. Matt did a beautiful and excellent job repairing and painting the deck and porch on the back of my house. This work was completed in May and two months later, I can say it is looking good as new and holding up well. After talking to some friends regarding the price for the work completed - compared to similar work they had done - I feel like the price was fair. Matt kept in touch regarding the scheduled work and completed all the work as requested and needed within a reasonable, acceptable time frame. Needs improvement: One concern was regarding a $400 fee for two trips to the dump to dispose of old boards that were removed that was not included as part of the original quote. This cost definitely should have been included in the original estimate, not a surprise at the end. Also, the cleanup was not 100% and I had to clean up and dispose of some remaining boards.

Matt was great to work with. He explains everything really well. I contacted him first about staining my deck. He does all home improvement so next he painted my house which is stucco, did a stucco repair, sealed multiple gaps he found in the course of painting the outside of the house, and then he also repaired and painted some wooden shutters and replaced 13 pairs of vinyl shutters. Matt was amazing. Extremely knowledgeable and very easy to talk to and work with. We had him power wash our house and deck and then refinish the deck as well as replace a couple of wood boards that couldnâ t be fixed. Everything was done within a week and Matt communicated with us every step of the way. The house and the deck both look amazing. I highly recommend Matt and will definitely be using their services again for any home projects we have!
