"I don’t understand how you rated you’re overall experience 1 star but everything else was 3-4 stars? Also it was stated the existing areas were not our responsibility as we were not the ones who completed that work. If you would like I’d still be willing to come out even though it’s been years since the work was completed. Also you didn’t pay me until the work was competed to your satisfaction because collection of payment isn’t completed until the job is completed."
