"I am very pleased with refurbished deck. The pergola was pressure washed and stained. The deck was demoed to the framing and rotted joists replaced. All of the deck boards were replaced and meticulously cut around the pool. The worksite was cleaned up every night. Very pleased."

"Bryan's technician was terrific. He figured out an ingenious way to hoist the heavy door to the second floor, and very skillfully and quickly adjusted the frame to fit the door, and affixed the heavy-duty hinges. And for the first-floor door, he figured out a way to repair the existing frame (rather than replace it), thereby saving me hundreds of dollars. All the work was done to a very high standard by a skilled professional who worked quickly and efficiently. And the price-tag for all this was remarkably low -- only a third the price I'd been quoted by another local handyman firm. I am delighted to have discovered Bryan, and look forward to calling him the next time I need help with a home repair."

"Excellent job on the filing cabinets!"

"Mike and his crew did fantastic work on my home I would recommend to anyone looking for exterior remodeling"

"Geno and his crew were very responsive and helpful! They showed up when they said they would and cleaned up daily! We are very pleased with the quality work to complete our siding project! We would definitely recommend Geno Siding and Roofing!"

"Myles ia a true professional and delivers stellar work. He is a master carpenter and skilled painter and takes great pride in his work. Perfectionism personified! He is an extremely neat and clean worker and respects the customer’s property. He has transformed my (exterior) entranceway into a House Beautiful magazine cover, plus several other small projects. As a very discerning homeowner who takes great pride in her property, I would highly recommend Myles Kilker Construction. I have already scheduled the next of several projects and look forward to working with him in the future."

"Spoke with Kevin. Very friendly and helpful. It was a sress free interaction. Him and one other person built my fence within the time frame he stated. Was always punctual and communicated well. Cleaned up their work area when they were done. Called him for other projects after that. He also did some work for my mother-in-law and she was also very happy with the quality of their work."

"These guys put the ‘master’ back in ‘craftsman’! Once on the job, they are on-the-job! Professionals, they will arrive early, work all day and clean up their mess before leaving. If there’s a question about how to address an issue, they will ask the customer, but always have solutions to offer. Make sure you have all the items you’re responsible for ordered (appliances, counter top, cabinets, faucet, hardware etc.) and in-house, or with delivery dates because you will have trouble keeping up with them once they start! Quality of work is outstanding and always with an attention to detail. The job stayed on budget, all additional work was done under change orders – except one instance. Make certain to ask whether any changes being discussed come under the scope of the contract or are additional work. This is particularly important with sub-contractors like plumbing and electrical."

"The work was done on time, accurately and at no hidden cost. My kitchen looks great with new cabinets. Highly recommend"
