We bill upon completion of job and payment is to be received within 30 days from completion of work. The company owner/primary service technician has been a licenced plumber since 1989 and is presently a master plumber.

"I have never dealt with this company but on November 9th 2024, I was in Arizona on vacation and I noticed a charge on my card from this company. Like I said I don't even know who this company is. I don't live anywhere near berks county pa. I don't understand why this would happen and I am quite annoyed"

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. My wife called them because we had two showers that were clogged. They initially wanted to charge $1500 to snake two drain lines. After speaking with a manager, they came down to $779 "to earn our business" but then the plumber it took them less than an hour to complete the task. Would not do a time and materials. This level of price gouging should be reported to the better business bureau. There are other companies that will clean your drains for far less. We should have stuck with our normal plumber."

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. My wife called them because we had two showers that were clogged. They initially wanted to charge $1500 to snake two drain lines. After speaking with a manager, they came down to $779 "to earn our business" but then the plumber it took them less than an hour to complete the task. Would not do a time and materials. This level of price gouging should be reported to the better business bureau. There are other companies that will clean your drains for far less. We should have stuck with our normal plumber."

Left electricians to survey the home's electrical system. Met with electricians about current immediate problem. Agreed that the state of the system required someone specializing in old homes with legacy electrical wiring. Technicians informed me they had someone on staff who could survey the home and provide solutions to remedy the existing problem and possible overhaul of the system. They said they would escalate the problem to the appropriate person. I asked when is a reasonable time to wait before hearing back from the company. They said by the end of the week. I asked again how long to hear back - thinking that the end of the week was optimistic since it took them two weeks to get to the house. They said again by the end of the week. I waited until the following Wednesday and after not hearing anything from them left a review on the company website. Later that day a manager contacted me to discuss my review. NOT to discuss the possibility of getting someone out to the house but specifically the review. He stated a technician called me the day after the technicians were at the house. I have a smartphone they record ALL incoming and outgoing phone numbers. NO number from anyone I didn't know showed up in the phone log. NONE. And if he had called and received no answer NO one from the office bothered to follow up either by phone or by email or by text message. To the people at Oliver, welcome to the 21-century. How about using some the technology available to you for something besides swiping my credit card for the "arrival fee". DO NOT HIRE this company for ANYTHING! And BTW, another company I contacted for the same issue has sent me three text messages to follow up on the appointment that hasn't even happened yet. And I didn't have to wait two weeks to get on the schedule. Oliver, take a hint!"

"I called them to come out because when oil heater went on it filled the house with fumes. I was impressed that they came out so quickly. It went down hill from there. I paid 188 dollars for nothing getting fixed. I was told they needed to come back and finish the job. I called to have them come back but was told I would need to join their Gold Shield membership for them to come out and clean it. I said I really don’t want to join I just want them to complete the job. Again I was told you need to join that’s how we do it. So now I know why they didn’t finish the job. So I am out 188 dollars for nothing accomplished. Oh I wrote to them twice and never got a reply Dissatisfied customer"
