For those of us who think the old ways of doing things is the tried and true method to getting things done, Mike is that person. He sees your situation, asks you your thoughts and concerns and proceeds the project to your satisfaction. His only business is plumbing even though his former business was handyman. He removed the old water tank after draining the tank, installed a gas shut off valve, ( there wasn't one installed when we purchased our home and I never checked the gas lines because there was no reason to ), installed the new tank, tested and fired up the unit and within several hours we had very hot water. I had to dial back the temperature to a comfortable low to medium setting which is better suited to my wife's preferences and mine when showering and sink washing. Nevertheless, you won't be disappointed. I will calling him again this spring for a future project.

Michael worked alone and was in and out in about 3 hours. He took my old hot water heater with him and did not leave a mess.
