Dave and his crew were exceptional. They answered all our questions and explained what they were doing and what to expect next. The entire crew was courteous, respectful, trustworthy and dependable. Dave was my advocate dealing with my insurance company and getting things rolling. Could not have done it without him. I thank my local fire dept for calling them in because I would not have known where to go. They showed up at the scene of my wall collapse and sured up my home to make it safe to enter within an hour. I cannot praise this company enough for their knowledge and experience with this type of disaster. I am so very greatfull to have Dave and the crew from Advanced Restoration in my corner.

Advanced Restoration Group was timely, efficient, neat, professional and got my basement cleared of water and cleaned up from water damage, same day. They were great to work with and reasonably priced, considering I didn't go through my homeowners insurance. I highly recommend them.

Arrived on time and quickly started the cleanup. Just need to check what they throw out. Iâ m still missing a full gallon of paint and had to get a few things put back.

Dave and his crew are stellar to work with. Throughout the entire insurance process they were patient, informative and worked with me to ensure the insurers were keeping to their timetables. Once the claim was settled my property was put back together in record time. Iâ ve recommended to multiple people that they call ARG first for any renovations.

Within 2 hours of contacting Advanced, there was a team of professionals on the property rectifying the damage. My contact person , Chris, kept in contact with me and provided information that helped relieve my anxiety and concerns. I will be at the property on Friday ( 3/18/22 ) and I feel certain Advanced did everything needed to bring the unit back to a livable state, dry without mold and mildew.

The team at Advanced Restoration was absolutely excellent. When I called in they were very friendly on the phone and happy to assist. When they came out to do remove a large area of mold from a utility closet in our condo, Chris, Dave and the team were on time, responsive, and had gone above and beyond to notice every detail and treat our issue from the source. Other companies we had quotes from just treated our mold like a "job" and had only planned to just remove sheetrock, but the team at Advanced Restoration did so much more than that, finding the problem from the source and helping us get to a solution. Chris even kept us involved during the process, giving us updates on what he was finding and why. We are totally at peace of mind after working with them and I would highly recommend them for mold removal and any of your restoration needs. Thank you Advanced Restoration Group!

Great job , they showed up within an hour of my call on 4th of July night & had a crew & my flood cleaned up ..

A few years back my sump pump failed during a really trying time in my life needless to say. they drained dried and removed water and damaged items from my basement. They were very kind and caring professionals. Shortly after that I was hospitalized 2 more times but I had a dry basement lol.

Hopefully this doesnâ t happen to you ... but if you end up having water coming out from your ceiling and you donâ t know where to start once you close the water. Give Dave a call he will help you to understand the process, he and his team be at your house to do as much as they can in the middle of the night. Time response is a key when your precious house has water everywhere.

Dave and his team are great! They were quick to respond to our call. We called late Sat. night and he was at our house the very next morning. Chris managed the job. He was very informative and communicated every step of the way. Itâ s hard to find great customer service these days and I give them an A+. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel calm during a stressful situation.
