Overall I'd give them an A. I'd definitely use them again. I've used them 4 years ago for general plumbing work, they're an A, that's why I keep calling them back, they're my plumbers.

I started with them and he is the best plumber I have ever had. Once he comes in and does the job there is no problem and if he comes out and there's no hassle there's no charge. He put the toilet in for me 2 weeks ago. He came out and put a toilet in a third floor apartment.

Small leak in shut-of valve in the basement ceiling. I've had the small leak for almost a year and kept a little pail on the floor to catch the water/drips. I promised myself to get it fixed this year, but I've had bad experience with plumbers. Which is why I decided to join Angie's list, to eliminate another bad experience. And I did!! Mike, from Sullivan was wonderful!! Fixed the problem and I didn't have to pay a mortgage payment for a not so big job! Thanks Angie's list and thanks reviewers for helping me decide who to come into my home and treat me with respect!
