Very well. By chance, when I called, he was coming my way, so arrived within an hour. He "root-rooted" the toilet and all is well.

The first time they came out they replaced the faucet cartridge. Unfortunately, the faucet started leaking again after 6 weeks. The second time they came out, they discovered the problem and came up with an innovative way to hook up my washing machine without using the faucet. I was very impressed with their ability to think outside the box and solve any difficulties in implementing their approach.

Great. Apparently it was just clogged. He trudged through the water and cleared it right away.

Contacted John's reliable for a leak repair on the exterior of my home. Tech came out and said he couldn't do the work because of the space and ground conditions. He scheduled for a week later then due to weather had to cancel again. When I spoke to the office they mentioned that maybe two techs would be needed. I asked for estimate at that time to which I heard absolutely nothing back. I followed up with another call and never got an answer. The ironic part is i used them a few times before and they actually repaired the same pipe on the exterior of my home. A family member also had a bad experience .

They are easy to work with. The scheduling and communication were easy to do; they are very responsive. My repair was done so I don't have a problem with them. They did very well on quality.

Their price is comparable to everyone else. The was one person to complete the work and one assistant. I have used them before to unclog my main sewer line that goes out of the house. They cleaned up after the work was done. It took a hour or less to complete the work. They came right out the same day. They were able to fit me in because of my schedule.

They arrived on time, replaced the water heater, removed the old one and were totally professional.

They were good. They didn't actually fix it because it was a structural problem but they did narrow down to what the problem was.

Very well - they came right over, did excellent work and fixed out problem the same day. It was tricky (our piping is old) but they were able to figure it all out.

Very confident and good prices. They're busy so their availability made me sometimes stop to get them do the job that I set with priority over period of times. They were like in and out one day and sometimes it took a little longer to get the whole thing done. It might have, but I was not particularly upset by that because I was warned about it in advance when they first took on the job and also I understand their part because they are good enough and that's what makes them busy.

Tom showed up on time, quickly accessed the issue, and proposed a solution that will assist me when I decide to replace my dishwasher in the future. The work was performed quickly and professionally.

We had a downstairs bathroom toilet over flow after the toilet above it continued to drain while we were out of the house. We replaced the plunger and mechs ourselves on the upstairs toilet.But we called to ensure the drain was okay for the downstairs. We were told that they needed to find the outside clean out to remedy the situation and prevent future incidence. They sent out a technician, and he was unable to locate one. They later came back out with equipment to detect the underground line, but were unsuccessful. They never charged us for the service, however, they also never returned our calls or voicemails about what other steps we could take. We called another plumber that snaked the drain in the bathroom and we haven't had an issue since.

We have used John's Reliable Plumbing several times in the past and have been very pleased with their work each time.  Tom, a co-owner, promptly returned my call and after listening to the work we wanted to have done, suggested he come out to review the work and talk with us about the options we had in mind. I had done some research prior to calling this company and knew that I wanted to replace the old toilets with comfort height, water savings ones.  Due to our desire to match the color of our new toilets with the existing bathroom fixtures and tile, Tom then ordered the units.  He called us about 10 days later and indicated that he had the toilets and disposal and asked if he could come by the house on a Saturday morning to do the work.  This worked out perfectly with our schedules.  He was at the home from 7am until about 12:30.  All the work was done very professionally.  He put down mats to protect the floor surfaces and cleaned up afterwords.  We won't hesitate to use this company again.  Tom is extremely knowledgeable and personable.  We have had several of the company's employees do work for us in the past and they were equally as capable.

They were on time, friendly, professional, and quick.  Made helpful suggestions about placement of machines.

It went great.  Tom was super-responsive.  He was able to come the day I called to assess the trouble, and then he came back the same day with a new tank.  He saved me from having to replace the entire toilet. I would definitely call them again if I had a plumbing issue.  

John's Reliable Plumbing & Drain Cleaning did a great job removing a rock that was stuck in my drain pipe.

unclogged my sewer drain. john's reliable has been to my house a few times. they always call me back. never leave me "hanging". i would recommend them to anyone

Excellent.

We live in a very old home, built in the late 1700's.  We worry whenever there is a problem because one never knows what will be uncovered during the repair of a problem.  When we noticed a considerable leak from the drain pipe under our sink, we immediately thought this is going to be a BIG deal!  I called John's Reliable Plumbing Service that night and the technician, Bo, was out the next morning.  He located the leak and repaired the problem very quickly.  He was polite and professional and was sure to clean up when he was finished with the job.  I thought the cost ($155.00) very reasonable. We will certainly call John's Reliable Plumbing Service for any future plumbing/drain issues.
