The level of protection that was installed was top notch. We did not have any dust in areas outside of the work area and Mike and his team were always careful to clean and keep the protection clean which was fantastic. The quality of the work was excellent, I couldn’t find a single issue when work was complete. Mike did a great job communicating with us on decisions we had to make and the schedule for the work throughout the project. After struggling with various contractors who either failed to resolve our water issues or were unprofessional, DJ and his team truly stood out. DJ was incredibly helpful, patient, and responsive throughout the entire process. Our home is a ranch with 225 linear feet around the perimeter, and while other contractors insisted on installing a French drain for the entire length, DJ recommended a more targeted approach. He proposed installing the French drain for just 80 linear feet, focusing only on the areas where water intrusion was likely. "This company customer service skills and communication are horrid. I had no problem scheduling an appt for someone to sell me on their business but they day the work was to be done, I had to call them 5x for ETA checks on their techs. They were supposed to arrive between 9-9:30am and did not arrive until 1:15pm. Each time I called about the tech ETA, I was told by the receptionist that they would check and call me right back, they never did. The 5th time the receptionist said the supervisor of the techs said they were dispatched to my location early that morning, but he does not know where they are or why they did not show up. The receptionist called back later to say the techs should arrive by 12pm but they did not arrive until 1:15pm. When the techs arrived, I found that their supervisor told them to do a job prior to coming to my location. I was supposed to receive a lifetime warranty for the work done and after 4 calls I still have not received it. Poor customer service."
