Waterproofing 4 Less

With all the rain we have been having the past several weeks we had a water issue in the lower area of the house. Friends recommended Waterproofing 4 Less in that they had extensive work done by them in the past. So glad we had Waterproofing4less do our work. Charles was easy to work with getting an estimate and the job scheduled. The actual crew that did all the work were great. I have had work done by different people but have never had 3 people that worked as hard as Mike and the two helpers. Mike was great to work with as he was very good at communicating what was being done. There showed up on time every day they were here. You can’t go wrong using Charles, Mike, and crew!!!

Everything went very well, they were professional, considerate and kept us informed while doing the work. They were careful to try to control the dust as much as possible and cleaned up afterwards.

I called waterproofing 4 less on a Sunday and the owners husband and wife Charles and Christine came out to my house on the same day. I showed them my basement situation and we decided that the best solution for me was to get a sump pump installed with a french drain. I was 100 % satisfied throughout the entire process, as I would highly recommend there company to everyone, but besides that, they are very friendly, caring,and kind people who made me feel like I have known them my whole life. AGAIN GREAT JOB WELL DONE AND THANK YOU VERY MUCH !!

Went great !! Charles showed up the same day we called. Very professional and honest man. Didn't tempt to sell us things we didn't need. Went over the entire basement together. Educated my wife and I on precautions, maintenance, and came up with a great solution. Getting a new sump-pump and pit installed... Strongly suggest calling Waterproofing for less. Fully insured and licensed

We passed all inspections, no sign of any mold 1 year later. Reliable company, would recommend to anyone.

Part of my foundation shifted when a well was replaced. I have a 200 year old house with  a stone foundation. The repair involved hand digging the area around the outside wall to avoid further shifting of the foundation and sealing the foundation. I had gotten several estimates regarding this repair. This was the only one that addressed the source of the problem- sealing the foundation from the outside. The other estimates involved parging the inside wall which would not have addressed the source of the problem.
The job was completed in a day. Everyone was very nice to deal with - Charles even helped me hook up my new dehumidifier!

Charles and his crew did several jobs for my son and daughter-in-law. They  were very  punctual, professional and courteous. The quality of the work was excellent. We had been searching for a leak coming through the wall and a hole in the dining room ceiling for several years. This company agreed to work with us to find it. They came promptly and gave us a fair estimate. The work was done efficiently and they came within one week of making the estimate. They finished in one day, cleaned up after themselves and did as little as possible to disturb us. I recommend them highly and will definitely use them again if we have more leak problems.
