Pittsburgh Glass Block Company is part of the RGF Industries family of companies; we started growing in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania more than 40 years ago. It began with the mission of providing easily installed, fully-assembled glass block windows to the Western Pennsylvania market. As the industry grew and changed RGF moved with it, we now have 5 full service locations; Pittsburgh, Cincinnati, Dayton, Buffalo and Rochester, serving the Midwest and the Northeast since 1965. "Rex came out and measured window and sent us the estimate of cost by e-mail the next day. We accepted price given for replacement for not only the two panels but all four. (There was no sales pitch or pressure when asked to cost all four windows). A week later another tech came out to re-measure windows for exact size and confirm previous measurements. We were told it would take about 6-8 wks. for the windows, but actually it only took four. Called us as they had a cancellation and asked if we would like them to come sooner, which we said definitely. Came exact time was told and finished the replacements in less than two hrs. The service tech’s (Tony & Brandon) were great and had wonderful personalities, and even took off their shoes! The replacements went great and I can not say enough about the actual service itself as they were awesome. Professionals for sure and great price! I highly recommend this company from beginning to end, you will not be sorry. As a added comment, Barb in office was fabulous and a great personality and very nice!"
