He left a mess and did damage to surrounding areas through his careless workmanship. He did a horrible looking job and the concrete he installed was not properly finished and slopes toward the driveway rather than away from it.. I honestly don't think he's ever done concrete work before. He is no longer responding to my text messages with the usual phony promise to be here "tomorrow" to finish up. In addition, he went over the estimate by well over a thousand dollars because he told us that the estimate didn't include the price of the concrete and we would have to pay for that separately."
