This work was done on rental house that I recently purchased.
This company came highly regarded by both the water authority and the gas provider.
Their price was reasonable, but not a 'bargain'.   However, I definitely will pay a reasonable rate for a job well done.
The work and workers were professional and punctual and the inspection of the new gas line by the gas company went flawlessly.
They even worked to get the gas line installation "grand-fathered in" because it ran through the row house next to me.  They could very well have told me that it doesn't meet current code in order to do more work and get paid more.
They also found additional gas leaks that the gas company initially missed.

We had just bought this house and when we had the city turn the water on we realized that the water was leaking into the front yard before getting to the house.
The crew came early on the scheduled day and dug up the yard and sidewalk from the street to the house foundation.  They replaced everything, including a back-flow preventer, new shutoff and installation of an expansion tank (protects the water heater).
They worked fast and were done by noon.

I had 2 requests.
I purchased my home about 3
years ago.  It has 2 septic systems,
one for each end of the house.  I
did not know the location of the systems, and wanted to locate the tanks
in order to have them serviced and determine the condition of both
systems.
I was converting a 1/2 bath
into a full bath, and needed plumbing roughed in.  I needed to flip the location of the
existing toilet and sink and add a shower.
The existing bath is on a slab, and required cutting the concrete
floor to rough in the plumbing, and slope the concrete floor in
preparation for adding a shower drain.
At the same time, I wanted to replace the existing water heater that
supplied this and an adjacent bath with a new hot water unit.  The existing 1/2 bath is 4' x 5' and
stealing space from a closet the new bath is only 4' x 8', adding only the
space for a 3' x 4' shower.
I called to schedule
an appointment, and discussed my needs with a plumbing supervisor who wanted to
send a plumber who would be in the area stop by to look things over before
scheduling the service call.  In preparation
for the call, I stripped the existing walls down to the studs to make the
access to the existing plumbing easy.
 The first plumber
showed up to look at the project as scheduled, and recommended scoping the
drains with a camera to determine where the septic cleanouts were located, and
to inspect the existing drain line in the 1/2 bath to quote the rough in for
the new bath.  I provided a set of
dimensioned drawing of the existing bath, a detailed drawing of the new bath
with measurements, all the fixture specification sheets to eliminate any
guesswork as I had already purchased them.
The supervisor called to discuss the project, and I sent a PDF of all
the documentation to him directly per our conversation, and we scheduled an
appointment to have the camera inspection and septic location preformed.  The plumber who was to show up did not call
until 1/2 day after he was to have shown up to reschedule.
He showed up for the second appointment on time, and scoped the lines in the 1/2 bath, and located
the septic cleanout for the septic system on that side of the house.   In what seemed to me at the time to be about
an hour.  At that point, he told me he had another appointment scheduled, and would have to come back to locate the
2nd septic system, and would call me to schedule it.
He didn't call back for several days, so I called him.  He apologized.  Said that he had broken the scope, that he'd told his boss someone else had broken it, and it needed to be repaired, and would call to reschedule as soon as it was repaired.  Weeks later,
I called the office thinking they had forgotten about me.  They said the unit was out for repaire, and they would call to reschedule as soon as it was back.  I also discussed the quote for the bathroom rough-in with the supervisor responsible
for preparing the quote.  He told me I should have it shortly.
I received the quote a few days later.  They never called back to finish the 1st job.   I did receive a bill dated two months after the first service call for $427.13.  The bill detail was for $307.13 was travel and "truck charge" and $100 for "sewer camera."
The Budgetary Quote to rough in the plumbing and slope the concrete floor was $6,712.00.  The quote did not include a water heater any or carpentry, but they included setting the fixtures, which couldn't be done without the electric, walls, or tile work.
At no point did I receive a call saying they did not intend to provide a new hot water heater, and they never called back to finish the job of locating the other septic system.
I had used them right after moving into the house, to re-route the lines in the laundry room, install a new water softener, run new water lines for laundry hookups, and install both a laundry tub and replace the old kitchen sink and lines.  They'd preformed that work, which also involved cutting the concrete floor well.  They were in and out in one day and I was very satisfied.
But after this disappointment, I won't be using or recommending them again.

Nice and professional workers. We did not have to pay for the service because we had that special insurance that covered it; so no comment on cost. But they do most of the work in Erie area for that insurance provider, which I think says a lot. We were very satisfied.

They did a great job.  Everything looked very professional and well done.  They installed two brand new handicap accessible restrooms.  The room were framed in and the ran all the plumbing and fixtures.  They were able to figure out how to tie into the current sewer line, which was
thought be extremely difficult, but they found a way to do it without
costing a lot of extra money.

If I have something complicated that needs to be done then I trust them to do it. They are late a lot, but when they get here they do a good job. They are good community partners.

I did call on a Saturday, knowing there'd be a premium for a weekend call. Someone came from 50 miles or so away, spent about 45 minutes trying to determine the problem and could only find at that point that I had plenty of water in the well so the problem had to be elsewhere. The following Monday another crew came out and diagnosed the problem (and fixed it). All of them were very professional and friendly, even funny at times; I was a little surprised when I got the bill later, but then again I did call on the weekend and they did fix the problem. Nice guys, reliable and knowledgeable.

They were a subcontractor for our general contractor so we didn't deal with them very closely. The work was done very well. We have used them again for a problem with our furnace that they didn't install. They came out and fixed it.

It was covered by insurance, we just paid the deductible. They did everything that needed to get done in a timely manner and everything was efficient. There were no problems and I haven't had any problems since.

I left a message that night and 7:30 the next morning i got a call with a guy willing to work around my schedule and meet me at my house. "Lenny" came out and pointed out to a few things i would need down the road, mainly my drainpipe for the floor and then began to notice some of the flaws that were obvious from the naked eye. None of it needed to be changed but it was stuff that could have been changed had he just simply said so. He found my filter was on "bypass" and the pressure of course was cut off significantly. He ran the water and for the first time my family and i have been able to take showers in total hot water with full pressure since we moved in. My family came home and was ecstatic. When my wife asked how much it was, i told her nothing. He spent 45 minutes of his own and his company's time talking to me and helping me and didnt want a dime. In todays world of bottom line business and a recovering economy you would assume that business would take advantage of a potential profitable situation... even at the expense of good conscious. We have come to take this for granted. Then someone comes along like WM T Spaeder and changes your opinion and outlook. With a young family and both working and going to school we have no time and are at the mercy sometimes of others that are in the business of making money from their technical advantage. Its rare to find one that holds their advantage even-handed with honesty. From a business decision it makes perfect sense. They could get their quick buck from me and be on their way and they are just a plumber. Or you can do what they did and inspire someone to not only make them a customer for life but also be a vocal walking advertisement from word of mouth. This company is one that I never used before but given my personal experience and their 80+ years of service i can see the connection to their longevity. I would encourage anyone and everyone to call these guys first for any plumbing needs.

There were three men that came out (Bill, Kurt and Lenny) and they are all excellent. They do very high quality work and they clearly know what they are doing. They are professional and reasonably priced. They are clearly interested in doing a good job and I would highly recommend them.
