Dust Bunnies of Erie

Right from the start, Renae over-promised and under-delivered.  We should have realized from the first contact that this company was less than honest about the quality of their services.  They were quick to bad-mouth their competitors while acting as if attention to detail and integrity were Dust Bunny trademarks. We discovered they were not.

When Renae began using our vacuum. a Dyson, to clean, I assumed she knew how to use it.  I e-mailed them and asked them to stop after I discovered several gouges in my vinyl floors. She also told me that she cleaned floors on her hands and knees and that she went over them "5" times.  This was obviously not true because she would have seen the dirt she left behind if she were on her hands and knees. This type of dishonesty was common.  She also cleaned behind our stove once, charged us more, and said this type of cleaning was done on a rotation.  However, it was never done again.  Also, they started out wiping the inside of our refrigerator regularly, as promised, and then this stopped altogether.

I know I put up with the Dust Bunnies for far too long.  My husband and I are busy professionals with 3 dogs and didn't want to deal with finding a new house cleaning service so we settled. It was nice knowing our house was given some attention each week. So, we are searching again and will be more discerning in our interviewing.  No one should pay money for erratic and unprofessional behavior and substandard service.
