Really, for $25,000 dollars, I expected more than the runaround, the half-done job that sat for a week, the ignored requests, the foremen that kept changing/getting fired (?), and the stolen $50 extension cord THAT WAS MY ONLY POWER to their fan system.. you would think they would want to protect their work a bit better since we have the extended warranty. They were almost half the price of the other company we were looking at, and now, I’m pretty sure I know why. Probably not the best bang for the buck. But then again, they don’t have to live in my sinking house, so maybe it’s not that big a deal for them. I was less than impressed. They left clay and gravel all over my basement floor and some dirt all over my upstairs floor. We bought them pizza, made them coffee, and they were friendly enough when we talked with them, but we knew that they were scrambling to get jobs done. The salesman said they would provide an electrician if we needed one, but then they never delivered on that.. everyone is booked lately on electrical work, so I have a sump and fan system that currently has no power. I question the integrity and quality of this company. And I still have to get someone to fix my exterior wall because they don’t do that—not their bag, I get that, but it’s annoying. I just wish the job that was done was half as reassuring as the sales presentation."

We did have one piece of equipment fail within a month of the installation, but it was a third party dehumidifier that was just a dud I guess, no fault of Baker's. I texted the project manager about it on a Sunday. I expected a response the following week. He got back to me within the hour. The equipment was removed and replaced within a couple days. Everything great since. I would highly recommend Baker's, but specifically our project manager Nathan Goddard and the head guy on site Daylan. Can't remember his last name, but he's got a long beard and did a great job. Thanks to both of them and the rest of the guys."

The problem was the management from Bill and down to Travis , my basement has a toilet that could not be moved .. well by the floor being jackhammered damaged the toilet it now leaking because of hairline cracks at the base , after contacting Travis and sending pictures to him their response was we will send you $100 and you can buy a new toilet ! When Bill bid the job he made sure to tell me about how they are insured up to 2 million dollars Thst $100 dollars doesnâ t really buy a toilet and then the cost of getting someone to install it will be hundreds more for that reason of them not wanting to take care of what they damaged I would not recommend ABC to anyone they got their money snd could have cared less about my issue !! Poor communication with this company and also the broom swept my basement I sm still trying to clean up the mess and it has been 2 weeks very disappointed ! I guess I should say buyer beware !!"
