We moved into our home 2 months ago, built in the 70s and previous owner had lived there for 30+ years. We had a 6 degree difference between our downstairs and upstairs due to poor insulation in our attic, in a normal spring day. We also had rodent activity. They cleaned it up and got us a great r value. The degree difference went from 6-8 to 2-3 and was immediately noticeable. And this is in a heat wave of 95-100 degrees outside. It's so much better upstairs now, definitely worth the price in my opinion. I also give them a lot of respect as it was a 100 degree day and the attic was 130 degrees which were harsh conditions for them. My only issue was they made a bit of a mess outside as one of the bags got unattached and insulation started blowing all over our lawn. They did a decent job cleaning it up though. Also, our driveway ended up getting cracked from their trucks as they backed up on it, which is a shame as we recently gotten it repaved a month ago.

Good job covering things and blowing in the insulation. Not such a great job spackling the holes but I guess that is easy enough to fix. Hopefully the insulation will help. Guess we will find out soon.

Spray Foam Insulation Installation
DO NOT! I repeat, DO NOT hire this company! They insulated an outside oil room for me yesterday. The job looks sloppy; they went in there and just started spraying everything, including my pipes! I even sprayed an extension cord and a piece of wood chip from the microwave onto the wall! They ruined the side of my neighbor with insulation going right through to the other side, and she had items that were being stored in that room that was destroyed! They lied about what was also supposed to happen on project day. They told me there would be a project manager that would do a walkthrough first, and that never happened! The worst home improvement company I have ever encountered! UPDATE Shawn the operations manager has called me and will be coming out to my home today to try to rectify my complaint.

"Hi Jamie, I will echo my staff whom you spoke with when you called in to our office on Monday 8/8. We are sorry for mistakes that our crew made on Friday 8/5. It is my understanding that you were put in touch with our Operations Manager who heard your concerns and scheduled a time the next day (today) to come and assess the problems and alleviate your concerns. Admittedly we did not put our best foot forward on your install, however at no time have we given you any indication that we would not fix, repair or replace anything damaged during your install. The project manager that you referred to as not being there was the Crew Leader of the job. He was present and accounted for that day. I will concede he did not do his job to both your expectations or mine, but he was there. We will take any criticism that we are due, however you have not even met with our Operations Manager yet. We have not even had a chance to assist before you have provided us with a negative review. From the time of your install to the time that you called, to the time we are scheduled to come out it has been consecutive business days. That seems like a fair timeframe to respond to your concerns. We have a number of families who work here and rely on this company for a living. We work very hard every day to make our customers feel more comfortable in their homes. Sometimes we make mistakes. We pay for those mistakes. Negative reviews can be helpful to point out areas for improvement however in this case, I think we may be a little premature in our judgment of our company as a whole. We are still slated to come out and see you today. Please consider updating the community once you have met with us. Thank you, Steve Nerone Owner"

Very professional. gave quote over the phone based on my dimensions. When notified that they had the job, they took a small deposit and scheduled the work. Showed up on time even though short-handed and stayed until complete (more than 12 hours). Cleaned up - would not know he had been here if not for the insulation. THANK YOU!!!!

We hired USA Insulation to blow insulation into the ceiling above our garage. Their customer service team was very responsive, had great communication regarding visits, and provided a quote onsite after viewing the job. The job was completed as promised and all the workers were professional and courteous. I also liked the insulating material they used which did not give off fumes like some foam insulation, and was not itchy like fiberglass insulation.

I already knew I needed insulation when they came out to give quote but the guy still took the time to show me photos of the space and why the existing wasn't enough. He explained what would happen when workers came to house and what access they would need. The team of 3 guys who came to the house were diligent about putting on booties and laying down something on the floor where the hose came through the house into the attic. They cleaned up after and you'd never know they had been there if you hadn't seen them. They showed me the "after" photos and ran through a complete checklist before they would take the final payment. Very professional from start to finish. Worth every penny spent and I do think I got a discount on price.

We just got a whole home package. By the time 30% of the insulation was applied we noticed significant noise reduction. When completed, the reduction of outside noise is amazing. The biggest improvement is the constant temperature in our house. It is consistent even with out outdated thermostats. We look forward to the reduction in energy cost. The crew was professional and didn't cut corners. It's nice to have that assurance. We also received a follow up call the day after installation. Overall great experience and love the product.

They are very professional and arrived exactly on time. I'm really impressed with the way they did this as this is a house built in 1960 as a summer cottage and therefore had no insulation in the walls. All members of the crew were very courteous and communication with the company was excellent.

Work was as promised, although they left it a bit messy. Also, was told there is a warranty but I got nothing in writing. When I called and asked, I was told they don t normally give it in writing. If I d have know that, I may have reconsidered using them.
