"Nestor and his colleague did a great job. I had some water damage at the base of the chimney that I repaired, but needed the stucco replaced. When Nestor first came out to look at the project, he did a thorough walk through and asked good questions. I just happened to mention I also had a leak near the chimney on the roof, and he didn't hesitate to grab a ladder and climb up there to look at it. They did the work over a weekend, and were very polite and professional the whole time. They did a great job with the stucco, and were careful to not disturb any of the landscaping around the chimney. Overall, communication was good and scheduling was easy. I definitely recommend Nestor and his company."

"Last summer, I had a complete bottom to top rebuild of my chimney. So going forward, I wanted to insure that I protect this investment for many years to come. After doing research on multiple companies, I hired Warrington Chimney & Fireplace because they had outstanding reviews on Angi and several other websites and because I wanted a company that could do thorough job cleaning my chimney, could do a level 1 or 2 inspection, and could provide a written report with photos after the service call. Chris initially called me on the day of the appointment to advise me of his arrival time - he even called me a second time to advise that he would be a little bit later than expected due to unexpected heavy traffic. That gesture alone communicated to me that Chris/Warrington Chimney & Fireplace respects the time and schedule of their customers. Chris was at my home for over 2 hours. He took all of the proper steps to protect my home, got up onto the roof to inspect the chimney and cap area and did a very very thorough job cleaning my chimney. "Mr. Jermyn is very knowledgeable about his profession. He came out the same day I needed someone to come and give an estimate when I couldn't get anyone else to come. It had been raining a lot and the fireplace had flooded. Although he didn't have a professional appearance he was courteous and very helpful. Due to the rain, the job took longer than expected. One thing that he could have done better was to communicate when he wasn't showing up. I had to call to find out instead, on some days, when it was not raining and I thought he could have come by to continue the work. His son assisted with the work and was very courteous as well and even cleaned the gutter that was near the chimney area. That was very nice of him, at no extra charge. Mr. Jermyn will come back around September to conduct a cleaning!"

"Two gentlemen arrived, very courteous and professional.  I escorted one gentleman to the furnace area to investigate what would be cleaned.  I was amazed to see what I saw!  Soot (looking more like crumbled dirt and sand) nearly filled the flue; solid evidence there was a serious and potentially unsafe problem in that side of the chimney.  The other gentleman shared that he'd go to the top of the chimney to advise me of the condition.  He also took pictures on their phones so I could see the condition above.  There was no cap on the furnace chimney (I had one on the fireplace chimney).  He also looked into the fireplace chimney which I greatly appreciated.  One gentleman advised me of the cost of the repairs, I agreed to the cost, and they began working.  These gentlemen were outstanding; demonstrating great concern for the safety of my home.  I would not hesitate to use them again.

I was only expecting to get my chimneys cleaned and then they recommended I get the caps and spent more and I guess I needed the chimney caps, as well."
