"BS company. Offers a free inspection and all you get is an estimate of repairs. I am selling a home. Buyer wanted an inspection. He didn’t want to pay anything so he called Bakers. Crawlspace was bone dry after 3 days of rain. Instead of a report saying that, I get a list of recommendations. Addition of a moisture mitigation system. There is already a working system in the space. Remove the insulation under the floors. Yeah. Expose all the water piping to freezing temperatures. Insulate the walls of the crawlspace. So, you want to remove good insulation and add it to the walls in an unheated space. I wanted an inspection not a sales pitch. Worthless company. I should sue if the realty deal falls through due to this"

"I hired Marco about 4 months ago. I had just bought a house and it was in good condition but needed updating. Marco has been amazing. He does good work, is reasonably priced and competes the work on time. I initially hired him to replace the tile in my first floor power room, replace the toilet and the vanity. Marco did an amazing job, he very detailed oriented and didn’t cut corners. I eventually hired him to do the same job for our second floor bathroom, replace the tile in our laundry room and will be asking him to do the same for my master bathroom. In addition, he painted, did trim moulding, etc. He also removed flooring (tile, vinyl wood and linoleum) and helped us prep for hardwood installation. Overall, I was beyond please with the work he did, he followed requests and instructions, but offered suggestions when he thought appropriate."

"I requested a quote and Lucas was out the next day to check out the basement. He identified my initial problem of water coming in on one wall and explained why it was happening. Instead of doing the one wall, he recommended that he install a full perimeter system which I was iffy about at first but he did a great job explaining why it was necessary to fully protect my finished basement. I was on the schedule the same week of the estimate and Lucas and his team were finished up by Saturday. The crew was very efficient and professional and did a great job of cleaning up after completion. We now have a dry basement and peace of mind after the gurus waterproofing and I would highly recommend Lucas and his team for any basement needs!"

"A Waterproofing Solution did an over the top job. The workers arrived on time, did the job and cleaned up af the end of each day. The men who came out in the beginning of this project were very prepared, explained the process and offered Veteran’s discount. They also explained how to get financing if needed. There were several heavy rains since the drain and pump were installed and the basement remained dry. Such a relief. Highly recommend this company. We had 5 estimates and chose A Waterproofing Solutions. We made the fight choice."

"Spoke with the owner of TRU in June or July of 2020 to request a quote for waterproofing my basement. The owner was very nice and professional and scheduled someone to come to my home and provide the requested quote. The gentleman sent to quote was named Shane and he was very nice. He took his time reviewing my basement and talked to me about my issues while drawing out a diagram of my basement and making his notes. He discussed what his recommendation was for handling my issues. Shane informed me he would email me a quote in a couple days. The quote received a few days later was very professional and the price comparable to others received. I was very comfortable with two of the companies I met with, including TRU, and sent an email to Shane with several questions that I wanted to have answered before making my decision. I received no response to my email. I called Shane a number of times leaving messages and one time even spoke to a girl asking her to have Shane call me about the emailed questions. My last voicemail message even stated that if they (TRU) had decided they didn't want to do the job at my home to just please let me know so I can make my decision and pick a company. No reply whatsoever. Very disappointed. If they didn't want to do the job, fine, just be honest and tell me but don't blow me off and not reply. It is simply rude and unprofessional."
