"Jordan came out on an emergency call. A coupling that joined two of the water pipes failed and I was having water leaking from upstairs into my living room. When he came out, he was not very communicative. He did fix the problem, told me the charge got his payment and left. Since then I have contacted him multiple times requesting a receipt for the work performed. I need to submit an insurance claim. All of this occurred three weeks ago and I still have not gotten a receipt or an explanation of the work actually performed. Multiple attempts to get this taken care of and I have just been blown off. NO I do NOT recommend doing business with him."
