"From the moment Brian responded to my Angie’s list request, he presented himself to be extremely friendly and professional. He was very familiar with the type of water in my area and immediately gave me a very reasonable quote. He conveyed trust, integrity, and knowledge in our first conversation. Yes, I liked him right away! We set up an install date and time, he called the day before, and he and his son were right on schedule. There was a bit of a problem in the set up of my house, but Brian worked around it and figured out a way to make it work. "Jordan came out on an emergency call. A coupling that joined two of the water pipes failed and I was having water leaking from upstairs into my living room. When he came out, he was not very communicative. He did fix the problem, told me the charge got his payment and left. Since then I have contacted him multiple times requesting a receipt for the work performed. I need to submit an insurance claim. All of this occurred three weeks ago and I still have not gotten a receipt or an explanation of the work actually performed. Multiple attempts to get this taken care of and I have just been blown off. NO I do NOT recommend doing business with him."
