He was very familiar with the type of water in my area and immediately gave me a very reasonable quote. He conveyed trust, integrity, and knowledge in our first conversation. Yes, I liked him right away! We set up an install date and time, he called the day before, and he and his son were right on schedule. There was a bit of a problem in the set up of my house, but Brian worked around it and figured out a way to make it work. I have been wanting clean water throughout my house for a long time, not thinking I could afford it. I had filters everywhere. Working with Brian was a great experience. "Chip was wonderful! He came with his son, in training, and serviced my father's system. My dad is 96, so I was concerned with germs. They both wore N95 masks, so I felt better having them in the house. The service went well and they even tested his water for him. Loved them and would recommend them for any water system needed. Very reasonably priced too!"

"Jordan came out on an emergency call. A coupling that joined two of the water pipes failed and I was having water leaking from upstairs into my living room. When he came out, he was not very communicative. He did fix the problem, told me the charge got his payment and left. Since then I have contacted him multiple times requesting a receipt for the work performed. I need to submit an insurance claim. All of this occurred three weeks ago and I still have not gotten a receipt or an explanation of the work actually performed. Multiple attempts to get this taken care of and I have just been blown off. NO I do NOT recommend doing business with him."
