Worker opened drain pipe with my channellock plyers, the only tool they used. After they left it was missing. Office will not answer my calls or return my calls.

They arrived at the indicated time, performed the necessary work and left. They were professional, certainly knew what they were doing and were pleasant to deal with.

We called the first time on a weekend evening when the system had failed. Mark (owner) responded promptly and was able to correct the matter within the hour (much to our surprise !! We have called them again for similar problems and they have been equally as responsive.

Upon calling, Mark actually answered, (didn't get an answering machine) and we discussed what our problem was. He was at our house in an hour, which is amazing for a Friday evening. He determined the burner jets had seemingly suddenly clogged, and was able to clean them in a short time. He stayed around to insure that the water was heating properly. (He wore "booties" so as not to track anything on our floors). Mark indicated they do all kinds of plumbing related work, and we will be contacting him again in the Spring. We highly recommend Mr. Twister.

Worker's showed up on-time and after a brief explanation about the problem they immediately went to work to find a resolution. They quickly discovered the source of the problem and resolved it. The motor assembly on the dishwasher was leaking through the kitchen floor and into the basement ceiling. I was very satisfied with the quality of the service and the demeanor of the workers. I would definitely use their service again and would recommend to anyone looking for plumbing services.
