Scott Cullin, the sales tech was very accommodating with scheduling our initial appointment. He was on time, asked about our project scope, performed his water tests and made a recommendation based on the findings. He was not high pressure at all. I advised that I was getting competitive proposals and it would be a few days before I made a decision. Orbit's equipment is the most efficient, seems to be the best quality, and quite frankly had the best warranties. The installation went well. The installer removed old equipment and installed the new softener and filtration kit. He was in and out within the 3 hour time window specified. He answered all the questions I had for him during the installation. "Jason and Matt were fantastic. I brought them in to evaluate water quality on a Saturday morning, expecting to install a water softener. Jason did the water testing and was surprised with the water quality we had in Bethlehem. TDS low and softness at target. Stated we didn't need a softener. We ended up just installing a carbon filter unit to remove chlorine and purify the water. Matt came by the following Monday and installed the carbon filter system. Everything went smoothly and now we have purified water throughout the house. Great team, great work, very personable.
