While the quality of the work was good, the effort was not there. workers often did not arrive on time or on the day stated. Difficult to get owner on the phone with answers.

Tom is a charming guy, through out the entire process, I really wanted to like him, and almost felt bad when I was upset with him or his crew. The project start date changed 3 times until one day he just showed up out of the blue and started. There was an on site accident that added to the pressure of the job, and in my opinion caused some of the below par work. The basement walls that he poured were over 8 inched off square from the existing structure, the basement walls are approximately 1 foot short of what they should be. I have water leaking into the basement from the newly poured walls, as a result my basement is damper than it was in the past, and this is one of the things he promised would not happen. I do not believe the exterior permiter drain is functioning properly, due to it not being covered with protective fabric properly. I asked him several times to return to seal the gaps between the old and new house, he failed to do so. I built the rest of this addition myself, and hired All Phase to do the foundation and set the roof truss's. Upon my inspections, the only things that FAILED inspections, are the work that All Phase did. I had no other problems with inspections, and I am not a professional builder, I am a do it your self'er who has learned every thing do build this house by research and doing it. I hired out the jobs I decided were too big for me. While Tom and All Phase did attempt to fix a few of the problems, my wife paid them in full and after that day Tom and All Phase have yet to stop back and fix any of the other problems.
