"David Perez came to my house and did a site survey of the work that I described wanting to be done. Soon after, the work began, and was finished within a few days. Vinyl siding was installed on the 1st and 2nd floor rear of my house. The finished product is so much better than I could have ever imagined. David's crew did an outstanding job. They covered every detail and went above and beyond to make sure that the work area was clean every day before they left. I got another quote from David Perez on a separate project on the last day of the vinyl siding installation. MD Siding proved to be an outstanding recommended contractor. They did an excellent job on my house. My neighbors saw the work and requested business cards as a result. Truly a top-notch contracting company. And Mr David Perez is a real gentleman. Contrary to popular belief, people still do use aluminum siding for their homes—but it’s much less popular than it was in the mid-1900s. The introduction of various types of vinyl siding as an affordable option reduced the demand for aluminum, which is prone to scratching and denting and needs to be repainted every five to 10 years. Given the abundance of house siding options, especially newer and more popular types like stone veneer siding, aluminum siding has simply just fallen out of favor.

While vinyl is the less expensive option, composite siding has been known to be more durable than vinyl.
