Absolutely great company. Our house looks beautiful! Jim is one of the hardest workers I've had the pleasure of meeting. Our walkways look great as well as our patio and deck. He even power washed our swingset. We will utilize his services every year!!!!

Jim came and gave me an estimate to clean up my patio and front porch/sidewalk. The concrete was stained from weather and years of use. I hired him. He came out and worked his magic. Everything looks brand new and I couldnâ  t be happier. He treated my home as if it was his and clearly set out to do what he achieved. He stands behind his profession, cleaned up before he left and has a very satisfied customer.

I would highly recommend JD property solutions. We have a lot of old aluminum siding and now it looks almost new. Also did a great job on concrete patio and driveway. Very satisfied!!!

Jim power washed our patio and then sanded it again. He did such an amazing job - it looks brand new. He was very helpful in explaining what we needed to do, promptly returned all messages and performed the work as planned with no issues or delays. Would absolutely use him again.
