Excellent customer service and follow up

The professionalism of the roofing and siding crew is excellent. It is easy to talk to them. They are very informative. They did my gutters, roofing, and siding too. I am very happy with all of the work that was performed. I highly recommend them too.

The roof looks fine, but they ripped aluminum capping on two of my windows. Sean said he would fix it but never did despite me contacting them numerous times. Now he just ignores my emails. Very disappointed. Wish I would realize they were ripped before I had sent my check.

Need to see how the repair holds up with the weather conditions to rate the value for money and work quality. Summit Roofing did exactly and they said, showed up on time and hopefully did an excellent time. At this time to soon to rate.

Our roof issue was small, but Dan from Summit was friendly and efficient in getting the job done. When we hired Summit Roofing, it was raining for a few days and Dan emailed or called each day to provide an update. The first day it cleared, he came over right away and fixed our issue. We will definitely use them again!

Since it was only a repair of the roof most contactors did not even call me back after leaving a voicemail. Summit Roofing was very professional and helpful. No job too small. I certainly will use them for my bigger projects. Sorry "other" contractors that chose to ignore me.

They were here on time and were very good in cleaning up the shingles from the property. There price was better than another quote that I had gotten. Knowledgeable regarding the roof and gutters. I never saw what the shingles would look like, so I was a little worried until they were delivered.

Professional, friendly, fair pricing. Work was top notch. Cleaned up all debris. I plan on using them again when my roof needs replacing.

Hired them for trim work repairs. About half of it was OK, but one area was trim around speaker wires, and after they finished, the speaker did not work any more. We were trying to figure out why it was not working anymore and whether it had to do with their repair, when they started making extremely threatening calls to us. Then, a few months after the repairs, we discovered that one rotted wooden area that we paid them to replace with Azek board, they actually just placed a painted piece of cardboard on top of the rotted wooden piece!!! Not only did I then have to replace the cardboard piece later, I also had to remove the rotted piece that they were supposed to remove. They had good prices, but who knows what you are actually paying for? And what corners have been cut to save a buck?

vinyl siding had popped in several locations. Came out within a few days of phone call, I approved estimate and work was completed 2 days later. Very satisfied.

The roofers showed up early, worked hard finishing the job quickly. The office, however, seems somewhat disorganized. Once we signed the agreement, I had to reach out to them to get on the schedule. The salesman said he would give us addresses so we could see what the shingles that we wanted looked like installed. We had to ask the office for them.

Could not ask for a better experience - from first contact, I was impressed with customer service and responsiveness. Summit came out quickly, provided the assessment and made the repairs quickly. Stop looking for another quote - you can stop here!

I asked for a roof estimate while he was here and he gave me one on the spot, including a rather large booklet of tile samples and pictures of the tiles on homes.

Very professional. Found and fixed issues that others did not notice. Definitely recommend this business to others, and will use them again myself if needed.
