"The Steinhauer team came out and replaced our pool liner and did it in under two hours! They also coordinated the with Aqua Duck to fill the pool shortly after the liner was installed. Even though they had a full schedule for the day and had to get back on the road they still took time to show me(first time pool owner) how to work my filtration system and gave me tips on pool and water maintenance. The pool looks beautiful, we couldnâ t be happier. I highly recommend Dan Steinhauer Pool Service"
"These two women who serviced my pool were awesome. They took a pea green pool and turned it into a sparkling pool overnight. They pinpointed the problem and advised me on what to do. They are not there to rip you off. A bargain for anyone looking for pool service."
"I recently purchased a pool cover from Brighton Pools, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From the moment I contacted them, they demonstrated a high level of professionalism and expertise. The team at Brighton Pools came out to measure my pool and ensured that the cover was custom-made to fit perfectly. The installation process was smooth, efficient, and hassle-free. The quality of the pool cover itself is outstanding, and it has made a significant difference in maintaining my pool. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service and product provided by Brighton Pools. They exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of pool services."
"Iâ m a repeat Price Right Pools customer. Six years ago Izabella and her team did a beautiful full remodel to our pool. We returned to have our old concrete pool deck removed and expanded. Izabella worked within our budget to suggest the best possible options that we could afford. Her team was hard working, respectful of our property, and the work did not drag on longer than needed. She even arranged to have our pool lines tested and a new cover fabricated and installed. It was such a relief not to have to follow up on these services myself. Overall communication was excellent - I never waited more than a day at most for a response from her or her office manager. The finished pool deck is gorgeous and just what we wanted. I will absolutely use Price Right Pools again for future projects"

"I cannot express how happy I am with this company. Growing up extremely poor, having a pool was only a Dream to us, These guys made it a reality. We purchased a fiberglass pool in February of 2026 with Noah and we have been pleased that we have done so! Noah had all the questions answered and we felt very comfortable with him from day 1. The crew was highly attentive to our yard, our neighbors yard, and our fencing. The worksmanship and integrity of this crew shows every day they are onsite. Zach and Josh were very knowledgable and informative on every question we had. They dropped the pool the same day they dug it and allowed us to swim the next day. Our only concern was the yard damage by the machines they used, which was addressed by the crew at the time of installation and by Noah during the sales process. We love our pool and our decision to go with Dream Maker Pools. If you are looking for a pool builder that is (very) affordable, cares about their work, and treats you better"
"Bill, the owner, was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job replacing the liner for our above ground pool. He also did some extra things he noticed at no extra cost. I would highly recommend Spartan to anyone who needs work done on pool. It was very refreshing to find someone who still takes pride in their work these days."

Pool Construction and Installation questions, answered by experts
This is fairly rare, but sometimes the local government or a group like a historical society will label a tree as a landmark, or historical item. These designations almost always come with a small, on-site plaque for identification, but you should also be able to look up protected trees in your area on a city website or similar list. If the tree in question is a landmark, call your local government and ask how to proceed before making any plans.
Yes, new home construction will always require building permits, no matter where you live. In most cases, you’ll need a general construction permit, along with plumbing and electrical permits for the utility lines in your home. Depending on where you live, you’ll likely find that you also need permits for things like connection to a sewage system or installing exterior components, like decks, driveways, patios, and curb cutouts. Leave navigating the permits required for new home construction to a professional to ensure your home is built legally and safely.
A professional land surveyor ensures accurate property boundaries and prevent legal disputes.
Depending on the type of land survey, the report will mark the boundaries of your property, the topographical changes of the landscape, as well as major natural and added structures to the plot. A more detailed survey, like an as-built survey, will note the measurements of the structures and landscape following major construction. A topographic survey will also help your contractor determine the cost of land development projects.
If you or your mortgage lender think your land survey needs to be more accurate, double-check the survey report and get at least a second opinion from the original surveyor and an inspector, if possible. Although it’s unlikely, even reputable surveying companies can make mistakes. An inaccurate survey can cause problems down the road in the case of any property line disputes, so it’s best to resolve any inaccuracies as quickly as possible.
