The young man who fixed our garbage disposal was very competent and knowledgeable. He was also friendly and very professional. He got the job done correctly the first time. It was a pleasant experience and I will use them again for other plumbing needs.

Sewer Main Install, Replace or Repair
Left my yard a disaster, even though the contract said they would grade and seed. Beware of the excess water clause. Owner didn't/wouldn't show up at the end of the job to discuss the disaster left to my lawn. I had to pay a landscaper to regrade and seed the lawn.

"Hello Home Advisor! I think we have the facts mixed up slightly. We did a sewer to septic conversion for this customer. Her cesspools had been failed for a couple of years leading to excessive water underground. We fought 4-5? of mud and did not bill an extra even though it took 2 extra days. We offered to spread dry dirt if she would purchase it but she declined. Please read your contract ask questions. All excavation contracts have clauses for unseen underground conditions. We went above and beyond on this. I stand by the project 100%. Josh"

They called while I was still on line , quoted prices , and set the appointment , all on a Saturday at about 5:30pm . They came on time , Dan worked fast and clean . I took his advice to replace aging flush valves ( over ten years old , good idea ) . I would not hesitate to use them again .

Drain Clog or Blockage Clearing
The problem erupted just before we left for the holiday. On a phone call, the owner diagnosed the problem as the waste pump, and patiently took us through steps for a temporary fix. The actual service was very professional, prompt and fair, and everything was explained. I will use them again, and recommend their services.

They called me back , I sent them pictures , they quoted me a price and than we talked about coming out next day with them calling with a hour notice,waited all day no call and no show. They called 5 days later to say the could come out that day.

Stacey responded immediately to my request for emergency service to fix a rapidly dropping tub faucet. The plumbers were personable, efficient, and had the required part with them when they arrived (I sent Stacey pics of the faucet after the initial call). I am extremely happy with the customer service and work. Will recommend in a heartbeat.

From the initial call they were great. Worked with me to squeeze me in the morning after thanksgiving. The crew showed up on time, walked me through step by step what they were going to do and the cost. They did excellent work , exceeded my expectations. I was slightly uncomfortable when the technicians arrived as they smelled of cigarettes and did not carry any form of ID. My husband, being more trusting, allowed them in! Turned out they did an excellent job installing the vanity, even removing old tiles to allow for proper fit. The work was very reasonably priced as well. Would definitely recommend them, but still think they should carry ID given the way of the world today!
