"The capping on all of my windows was originally done wrong.  When Geno and Russel removed the old hanging capping, the original wood frame was exposed and was wet and deteriorating.  They replaced the wood frame, recapped with new aluminium, and caulked.  They were done everything, including cleanup, in two hours. Our house was built in 1889 and there was still some lead paint under layers of peeling paint on the posts. The lead certified painters did a very careful, lead safe removal of those small areas. The decks had not been scraped in years, required a lot of hard work, and created debris that was carefully cleaned up. All of the prep work was attended to in a methodical way. The decks were primed and subsequently given two coats of the finish paint. The completed job is neat and clean and we are very happy with the results. A great job!"
