That was the deciding factor, as the other two companies were talking 6-8 weeks to install, and I didn't want to wait that long.  He would have finished all windows in one day, but the manufacturer gave him the wrong size picture window. He was back within 2 weeks and completed the job.  Paid the deposit, and he didn't ask for final payment until the project was completely done.  Would recommend him and his product.

He put us in touch with the supplier so we could visit the factory and see the glass doors themselves, not just small samples. He sent the installer to measure our door which required a special order in a custom size. He kept us informed of the progress of our order all along the way. The door was delivered a week earlier than promised and the installation went very smoothly. The installers showed up on time and were very courteous and professional. The project was completed the same day in about four hours including the installation of the wood trim and molding. "The painters employed by Francis X White Builders Inc did a thorough and complete job painting our two porch decks and posts and removing four unstable railings. Our house was built in 1889 and there was still some lead paint under layers of peeling paint on the posts. The lead certified painters did a very careful, lead safe removal of those small areas. The decks had not been scraped in years, required a lot of hard work, and created debris that was carefully cleaned up. All of the prep work was attended to in a methodical way. The decks were primed and subsequently given two coats of the finish paint. The completed job is neat and clean and we are very happy with the results. A great job!"
